I have known dozens of Iranians around the world, and they are all extremely educated people, both academically and in terms of family values passed down through generations. These values appear to have been kept alive through the maternal line, in the feminine essence, and particularly through women. In my restaurant a few years ago, I met a beautiful young Iranian Jewish woman from NYC—what culture, what soul, what spirit!
